Step inside our 35,000 m² manufacturing campus and discover how raw materials become heirloom-quality outdoor furniture.
Premium aluminium alloy profiles and high-density polyethylene rattan are sourced and inspected upon arrival. Each batch is tested for tensile strength and UV resistance before entering production.
CNC laser and hydraulic saw stations cut aluminium tubes and sections to exact tolerances of ±0.5 mm. Programmable templates ensure consistent dimensions across every production run.
Hydraulic bending presses shape frame sections into elegant curves and angles. Custom jigs guarantee repeatability so each chair leg and armrest is identical to the next.
Multi-stage belt and orbital polishing removes weld seams and surface irregularities, progressing from 80-grit to 400-grit for a flawless base ready for coating. Weld inspection follows each step.
Frames undergo a phosphate pre-treatment bath before entering our electrostatic powder coating booths. Cured at 200 °C, the finish is 60–80 µm thick — salt-spray tested to 1,000+ hours.
Skilled weavers hand-lace all-weather PE rattan in classic, herringbone, or diamond patterns directly onto powder-coated frames. Every strand is tensioned by hand, creating a tight, weather-resistant weave that maintains its shape for years.
X-ray and dye-penetrant tests on all structural welds. Every joint rated to 3× the design load.
500-hour accelerated UV chamber exposure; salt-spray corrosion tests to EN 13137 standards.
Dynamic seat and backrest cycling to 50,000 repetitions per EN 581 outdoor furniture standards.
CMM coordinate measuring confirms final dimensions are within tolerance. Full documentation retained per order.
